Robes are provided for your comfort.     Newly completed, self contained studio room for 2, with independent entrance. Ideal for weekly let / house hunting. This spacious room of approx 30 m2 floor space, and high pitch ceiling, contains, a kitchenette area, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery/crockery, table and 2 chairs. The lounge area with sofa, coffee table and T.V. Electric radiators. An en-suite shower / W.C. and washbasin, heated towel rail. A bedroom area with double bed, storage closet, bedside cabinet, lamp. Linen and towels provided. The independent entrance leads into the gardens, with garden table and chairs, use of small gas BBQ on request.     We have a no smoking policy in our home, to ensure a pleasant fresh environment. Sorry, we have not set up for children or pets.
